In addition to this, all content, trademarks, trade names, emblems, distinctive signs, expressions or signs of commercial advertising, images, text or videos, among others, are property of MLS; which are protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, the Law on Trademarks and Other Distinctive Signs and any other national norm, or by international conventions or treaties. Consequently, the client undertakes to respect the ownership of the intellectual property of MLS, in such a way that it will use the online shopping system and its content only for the fundamental purpose of the system, which is to facilitate the acquisition, remotely. , of the articles contained in the product catalog offered by this system. Otherwise, if the customer uses online shopping or its content for a different purpose for which it was created, destabilizes or modifies it, or copies, reproduces, transmits, distributes or in any other way uses the content of this website; You must assume the legal responsibilities that may arise from it.
It is clarified that the online purchases made by the user can be made from anywhere in the world. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any item acquired by this means will be delivered within the territory of the Republic of Costa Rica, to the Costa Rican Postal Service company or through a courier company legally registered to operate in this country, who will assume responsibility for the final delivery to the customer. For this, the client must correctly indicate the full address within the territory of the Republic of Costa Rica or the world where the item (s) purchased by this means will be delivered, prior payment of the established fee. From the moment the purchase was made, MLS will take a discretionary period of time to send the item to the address chosen by the Customer, which will depend on the location of the inventory and the operations and / or logistics of MLS. Consequently, MLS does not guarantee any delivery time to the home, especially when it is beyond its control due to events or situations that are not under its responsibility.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange for another product. You can return or exchange your purchase within 1 business day from the purchase date. Defective Products and Warranty
Upon receiving your package or product, you have up to 72 hours to review your order.
