Otherwise, if the customer uses online shopping or its content for a different purpose for which it was created, destabilizes or modifies it, or copies, reproduces, transmits, distributes or in any other way uses the content of this website; You must assume the legal responsibilities that may arise from it.

Scope

It is clarified that the online purchases made by the user can be made from anywhere in the world. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any item acquired by this means will be delivered within the territory of the Republic of Costa Rica, to the Costa Rican Postal Service company or through a courier company legally registered to operate in this country, who will assume responsibility for the final delivery to the customer.
